about out hausouthaus has been created by leafysolutions as a solution to your home office needs. not only does it cater for a home based worker but it can also be used as a studio for an artist or even a music room for the kids. whatever day use you want outhaus has got it covered. outhausouthaus has been designed with you in mind and with that came a lot of changes from products that we saw in the market. we saw over-priced products due to the lack of availability of a good quality garden room and therefore decided that this needed to change. we have incorporated some of the latest technology inside the outhaus to ensure that this structure will keep on going year after year after year.ohoh and did i mention; the outhaus also has a second purpose. not only can it be used as an office during the day but due to its cleverly designed fold-away furniture and built in sound system it can be turned immediately into a party venue making those summer parties so much harder to resist. i ask you to continue to read this brochure to see exactly what outhaus can do for you.

Listed buildings also require planning for an outbuilding situated anywhere on the grounds.
Also on designated land (National Parks, The Broads, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Conservation Sites and World Heritage Sites) buildings to the side of the property will require planning permission.

The above image is a graphical render of what we expect the product could look like in its use. We have situated the product in a country homes garden where we imagine it will be used the most and rather than showing the office environment the furniture has been folded away and it is ready to be used as a social venue. The barbecue to the right hand side of the object can be used inside the outhaus due to its excellent cleaning properties and high fire resistance.

This render shows the room in full party swing. Here you can see the colour changing bulbs to their full effect along with showing how the external space can still be used even when the internal space remains enclosed and locked. The image shows that even in a smaller garden the outhaus is able to accommodate the space and make the most of it. The integrated sound system in the outhaus helps to boost the party atmosphere and keep it going all night.
The environment here is extremely snowy and we are demonstrating the efficiency of the walls in the outhaus. The structurally insulated panels here are shown to be able to withstand the extreme weather conditions that they would be subject to over the years of use and that is one of the reasons that we chose them. Another is the superb insulating properties that they have which ensure that you are kept warm even when the weather outside is sub-zero.
