CVT TRANSMISSION

The INVECS-III CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) with 6-step Sports Mode delivers effortless acceleration from any speed, smoother gear changes and a smoother ride. By keeping the engine in its optimum power range at all times, CVT provides improved fuel efficiency and lower exhaust emissions.

MULTI-SELECT 4WD

The Outlander provides three electronically on demand driving modes to balance fuel economy and driving performance. ECO Mode uses 2WD for maximum efficiency, but switches automatically to 4WD in slippery conditions. 4WD Auto provides better handling on varied road conditions, while 4WD Lock Mode provides the rough ground covering ability of four-wheel drive.
