Prerequisites
1. Install Microsoft Outlook 2003 ( MS Office 2003)
2. Join the system to the domain prod.mobily.lan
3. Login to domain PRODUCTION with Email ID (User ID).
4. Make sure that the system is Connected to mobily network
I. Outlook Configuration Procedure.
1. Click “Start Control Panel”
2. Click on “Switch to Classic View”

3. Click on „Mail’ icon.
4. Click on „Show Profile’

5. Click on „Add’ button.
6. Provide a profile name. eg. „mobily‟

7. Select „Add a new e-mail account‟ and click „Next’
8. Server type, select “Microsoft Exchange Server” and click Next.

9. In Exchange Server Settings, type “Mail” as Microsoft Exchange Server.
10. Check mark “Use Cached Exchange Mode”.
11. Type the user ID (eg. a.ali ) in User Name textbox and click “Check Name”.
12. Click “Finish” to complete configuration.

II. Configure RPC over http. (To get your mails into the Outlook via
internet).
1. Click Tools and then Email Accounts.

2. Click ‘Next’, Click ‘Change’ and then Click ‘More Settings’. You will get the
below window.
3. Click on ‘Connections’ Tab. Then Check ‘Connect to MS Exchange using
HTTP’

4. Select the Connect using my Local Area Network (LAN) option
5. Click Exchange Proxy Settings

6. Type webmail.mobily.com.sa in the Connection Settings
7. Also select Basic Authentication form Proxy authentication settings.
8. Click OK
