DiscussionDiscussion Access to and quality of nursing care is limited,

because social welfare and health care systems are not integrated and financed from various sources, the state budget and health insurance's.

To respond effectively to the needs of older people and people with multiple problems, need for better integration and better coordination of services.

The Health Insurance Fund seeks to improve access to nursing care, so that the insured in need of nursing care would cope as long possible in their home environment.
