The Marion County USDA Office, Marion County Self Help Organization and other local groups are sponsoring an Outreach Meeting for small farmers, landowners and concerned citizens on Thursday, September 13, 2012, 5:30 P.M. at Marion County Extension Service Office 1060 Hwy 13 South Columbia, MS 39429This meeting will focus on services offered through Farm Service Agency-farm loans to purchase farms and equipment, Natural Resources Conservation Service-cost share assistance with fence and grasses, Rural Development-housing loans and grants. Additionally, the Winston County Self Help Cooperative will discuss services offered through these community-based organizations.If you are concerned about your children and grandchildren’s future then you should attend this historic meeting to make a difference in Marion County.
