Q: What residency (click here to view district map) documents do I need to enroll my child in school?
A. The following MUST be provided by the parent/guardian at the time of enrollment: ● Photo I.D. such as a driver’s license, State I.D., or passport of parent, step- parent or legal guardian. Driver’s
license or State I.D. must show current address in the district. ● Three current proofs of residency (one from Column 1 and two from Column 2) in the name of the parent/step

must begin at our District Administration Office, 35 S. Sheridan, Muskegon, MI 49442. Please call 231.760.1309 for an appointment.
Q. What additional documents are required to enroll my child? A. Each student enrolling in any school district must provide a birth certificate, social security card, current immunization record and proof of residency.

A Each building enrolls students into the grade in which they will be attending at that building
