AUTOMATIC DATA COLLECTIONOvaport stores measurement data from all connected transmitters and presents it in accessible form. Ovaport enables viewing data in a real time overview or by individual measurement point. Individual measurement point history data is also available. Measurement data is stored as measurement point averages over a configurable time period. Data retention time period is according to contract or at least 24 months.
Ovaport enables attaching additional information to individual measurement points but also at an organizational level. A single measurement point can store information on operating procedures, reminders of future tasks, alarm limits, measurement data and exception handling. At the organizational level, an in-house control plan or technical manuals can be stored, for example.
Several different types of reports are available. Collected data can be reported on desired measurement points, time periods and data types, such as events and exceptions for example. Reports can be exported as Excel and PDF documents.
Ovaport can automatically send alarms of incidents, ensuring quick response times in these situations. Alarms can be sent to designated recipients according to configurable schedules. Both SMS and email alarms are supported. With an acknowledgement of an alarm, Ovaport will store information on the reasons and required actions of the incident.
OVAPORT IS A WEB BASED SERVICE FOR COLLECTING MEASUREMENT DATA AND DISPLAYING IT IN ACCESSIBLE FORM. THE SERVICE CAN BE USED ON A DESKTOP COMPUTER AND WITH A
MOBILE APPLICATION. IN ADDITION TO NOKEVAL MTR AND OVAZONE TRANSMITTERS, OTHER MANUFACTURERS’ DEVICES CAN ALSO BE CONNECTED VIA MODBUS RTU.

The comprehensive basic licenses can be expanded with several different additional features. Our product is and will be shaped by customer feedback and these additional features have been developed over time to bring practical benefits to users.
With a growing number of users, additional logins may be needed. Single or several users can be added at a time.
Work instructions, in-house control plan and equipment / maintenance information easily accessible in the Ovaport web user interface. A measurement and surveillance system expanded to equipment management.
Ovaport measurement and task information displayed without logging in to the system. An automatically updated view is useful on an info display - check up on pertinent data at a glance.
Suitable for measurement points from which real time data is needed. Every measurement data point produced by the transmitters is saved to the database. Other measurement points still store averages over 5 minutes for example.
Computational modules are used to analyze measurement data or to calculate new values. Computational modules are created according to customer needs.
An in-house control plan built and documented right in your surveillance system. Codes of conduct, maintenance plans, calibration certificates, floor plans all in the same place. Produce a PDF document of your control plan with a click of button.
In addition to the standard reports available, customized reports can be built on order.
Timed tasks enable Ovaport to be used as a task management, scheduling and assignment tool. The Ova mobile app combined with timed tasks saves significant time in making measurements and log entries. The feature also enables the distribution of work instructions.

OVA MOBILE APP
For quick access to tasks, the app stores logins, for several users if desired. A quick logout will ensure privacy.
The front page of the app shows tasks in chronological order. Tasks are accessible by a single touch. Besides scheduled tasks, more generic, non-scheduled tasks can also be displayed.
Measurements, log entries and tasks are enabled by temperature measurement, surface hygiene measurement, note, measurement input and multiple selection features.
Check up on alarm status on the move. Acknowledge and browse alarms easily.
Read bar codes or QR codes to gather information without manual input. The app will recognize Ovaport measurement point bar codes and choose a measurement point accordingly.
The Ova app works with Nokeval Neo devices. For easy, fast and eff ortless measurement, the devices are automatically connected when powered on - no pairing necessary.

Accuracy, speed and precision now in one package for challenging humidity measurements. The nSens sensor combined with Ovazone-Flex-transmitter enables accurate relative humidity measurement wirelessly in wide range. As with all Nokeval transmitters, data is collected automatically by our Ovaport service. No more errors caused by sensor inaccuracy or delay in measuring process due to linear response characteristic. Calibration data is stored directly onto the sensor, which ensures quick probe replacement on site and eliminates long breaks in data collecting.
