OVER-SEA Services and Solutions Co., Ltd. is a maintenance and construction service provider for various industries with expertise in plant maintenance solutions, maintenance planning, large machine installation, construction design, construction management, and project management.

OVER-SEA Services and Solutions Co., Ltd is a Joint Venture (JV) formed between SamyoungMachinery Industrial Co,. Ltd. from Kwongwon-do, South Korea, who has played an essential role in the construction of the national mainstream industries since 1963, and Mighty Engineering Co., Ltd. in Ratchaburi, Thailand, a local construction contractor who provides construction and engineering services range from General Construction to Special Industry Machinery. OVER-SEA combines high-value industry expertise from overseas and experiences from a number of local projects to deliver services and solutions for complex projects.

In 1963, Samyoung Machinery Industrial Co., Ltd. was established to serve business activities in the process of rapid growth and industrialization according to the national policy of upbringing Heavy-Chemistry industry. The Korean-owned company under the name of Samyoung Machinery Industrial Co., Ltd. aims to provide engineering consulting services of professional industry standards with honesty and unity collaborated by the local JV party. In addition, Samyounghas committed to expanding engineering service and technologicalfrontiers which can contribute enormously to the customer's sustainable development.

Mighty Engineering Co., Ltd. Is a full service general contractor specializing in industrial construction, machinery design, industrial equipment installation and maintenance service.

Mighty offers traditional general contracting services as well as preconstruction, construction management, project management anddesign/build services. Mighty will perform work on both a negotiated or a competitive bid basis aiming to provide one-stop service to customers.
