• Example, courses such as:

MA2003 Intro to Thermo-Fluids

MA2007 Thermodynamics

MA3003 Heat Transfer

MA3006 Fluids Mechanics

MA4002 Fluid Dynamics

13

• A pre-requisite may be read concurrently with the immediate downstream course only if this pre-requisite is classified as a “having read” pre-requisite instead of a “having passed”.

14

• Students who attend an overseas exchange can read Major PE regardless of offering semester in MAE. (refer to MA48XX courses in the course content page)

• ME students who read the Aeronautical Engineering specialisation may read any Major PE offered to AE students, provided all the necessary pre-requisites are met.
