Requirements in registration:
Personal appearance at the Philippines Embassy, Consulate, Mission, MECO or any COMELEC approved registration sites for BIOMETRICS requirements (photo, thumb print mark, signature).
Passport or DFA certification; or any valid IDs for those without passport .
Completed OV registration/certification form (OVF No.1) which can be downloaded from the following websites: www.comelec.gov.ph and www.dfa.gov.ph
NOTE:Overseas voter registrants may also visit irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/ov to access iREHISTRO, an online system which provides an alternative way in accomplishing registration forms. The iREHISTRO is accessible in all Philippines Embassies, Consulates and Mission, except China and Taiwan.
