Configure the Data Center and Network components. 2. Configure a domain manager to set up the customer hierarchy, users, and devices. 3. Configure the core collaboration applications such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager and any additional components, including Cisco IM and Presence Service and Cisco Unity Connection. 4. Configure HCS Collaboration Mediation and Fulfillment (HCM-F) for platform and infrastructure management and service inventory reporting. 5. Configure Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance (PCA) for service assurance. 6. Configure access to any third party PBX systems for incoming and outgoing PSTN calls. Overview of Customer OnboardingCustomer Onboarding Process

The onboarding process involves a series of steps to configure all the elements from setting up the data centerto configuring users and devices:

1. Configure the Data Center and Network components.

2. Configure a domain manager to set up the customer hierarchy, users, and devices.

We strongly recommend that you use Bulk Loader. To queue and administer Bulk Loader jobs, you shouldbe familiar with Unified Communications Domain Manager provisioning through the interface.
