2020 - Polskie Aparatury S.A. Acquire from Sices Group Bankruptcy the 100% of shares of SicesPolska Sp. Zoo. as well as Know how, Trade mark, References, Qualification, Assets & Personnel. Polskie Aparatury change name in : SICES Pressure & Heavy Equpment S.A.2018 - 2019 - Establishing of Consortium between Sices Polska sp. Zoo and Polskie Aparatury S.A. for commercial cooperation purpose

2017 - 2018 - Successfully supply of HP Heat Exghangers, Separators, Reactors in CrMoV for Bielorussian Refinery Mozyr & 2 Coalesher Filters HP for Kazakhstan

2015 - 2018 - Supplies of Pressure Equipments, piping prefabrication & execution of mechanical construction activities for ADBLUE producton plant for TechnipFMC/DUSLO Slovacchia.

2014 - 2017 - Supplies of Pressure Equipments, piping prefabrication & execution of mechanical construction activities for HOIL project In Burgas for Lukoil Refinery.

2006 - Acquisition of 50% shares of Mark Projekt, an engineering company in Plock .2007 - The realization of first Turn key Project in Poland Prime D in Orlen Plock .

2005 - 2006 - Start of manufacturing activities in Poland and acquisition by of the workshop in Kielce: set up of a center of excellence with advanced technologies.
