Overview of The EB-5 ProgramThe fastest way to gain a Green Card.

The United States Congress created the EB-5 Program in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors.

Under this program, foreign-national entrepreneurs and their families are eligible to become permanent residents of the United States, if they make the necessary investment of either $500,000 or $1 million in a commercial enterprise in the United States and plan to create or preserve ten permanent, full-time jobs for qualified U.S. workers.

The program is known as“EB-5”due to the visa category (Employment-Based Immigration: Fifth Preference) under which the investors apply.

Michael brings 28 years of tech experience to the role of CTO. Michael's professional career has placed him in many diverse industries and roles. Before DogVacay Michael worked at Riot Games, where he worked for eight years and most recently served as Technical Director of the e-Commerce team. Darren B. Silver is the founding Partner of Darren Silver & Associates, LLP. Mr. Silver has a career of over 20 years exclusively in the field of immigration. Mr. Silver earned his B.S degree in Business Administration from USC in 1992 and J.D from WSU School of Law in 1995. Prior to founding Darren Silver & Associates, Mr. Silver was employed with USCIS, former Immigration and Naturalization Service. As part of his duties within USCIS, Mr. Silver audited policy guidelines and assisted in creating field guides that are still in use today. Over his career, Mr. Silver has enjoyed working within the different areas of Immigration Law. Michael Kester is Impact DataSource’s lead EB-5 economist, focusing on EB-5 jobs studies and TEA analyses. He provides EB-5 consulting, services, and deliverables that reflect the evolving needs of EB-5 clients and also the changing requirements of the USCIS. Michael has led a team of economists that have performed more than 60 comprehensive economic studies for EB-5 applications. He also leads the firm’s EB-5 targeted employment area (TEA) team, which has analyzed more than a thousand sites for TEA-eligibility and assisted clients in obtaining more than 100 TEA letters. Michael has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Kansas State University. Marat Bekbenbetov is the Co-Founder and Managing Member of Playa Vista Regional Center, a USCIS-approved EB-5 Regional Center. Marat has extensive experience totaling more than 25 years as an expert in logistics for the government of Kazakhstan. In 2011, Marat started to his first business in United States and was the owner of a business in the hospitality industry, based in New York, NY. What is the Palm Coast Luxury Apartment JCMS?➢ The Palm Coast Luxury Apartment is expected to create 30+ jobs per investor, making its JCMS 3:1. This means

that, by investing in the project, you will be creating 300% of the required jobs to get your Green Card through the EB-5 program.

Why is the JCMS meaningful?➢ The USCIS will look at the job creation total per investor when analyzing

each investor I-526 Petition. If the USCIS does not think the investor will be able to generate enough jobs with their investment, they may deny the I-526 Petition. Since our JCMS is so high, it virtually eliminates the risk associated with that occurring.

What is a Job-Creation Margin of Safety? ➢ The Job-Creation Margin of Safety (JCMS) is a metric created by EB-5 Equity Development Partners which

shows the relationship between the USCIS 10-job per investor requirement with the amount of jobs created per investor in our project. For example, a 1:1 ratio would be 10 jobs created per investor in a project, whereas a 2:1 ratio would be 20 jobs created per investor.
