February 16, 2015 RE: 2 Canal Street Redevelopment RFP Response Oxford Capital

Dear New Orleans Building Corporation and the 2 Canal Street RFP Selection Committee:

Oxford Capital Group, LLC is excited to submit our proposal and business plan for the historic former World Trade Center building at 2 Canal Street in New Orleans. Our team has worked diligently to create a program that we believe will best suit the historic building and re-establish the property as one of the most prominent landmarks in New Orleans.
