Intelligent call management for inbound calling Oxygen8 Voice offers interactive voice response functionality (IVR) and intelligent call management services through our carrier-grade voice infrastructure.

Features and services include: • Call Routing – time of day, day of week, emergency, multi-location, follow-me and load balancing

• Call Queuing and Management – divert on busy, overflow, out-of-hours, on-hold announcements and prompts

Agent pool solution

Agent Pool can be attached to a Voice Push, connecting customer calls to a set of agents which are signed-in and available to take calls.

The Agent associated to the Agent Pool has two mechanisms by which to ‘Sign-In’, 1) using a DDI (can be 1 or more) which is attached to the Agent Pool, or 2) Via the Remote Agent Management (RAM) portal.

An Agent has a basic set of credentials configured against them i.e. ‘Login’ and a ‘Pin Number’ with which they will be able to ‘Sign-In’ again via a DDI or the RAM portal.
