our congregation because we

love to experience God’s grace!

We are a warm and friendly

family who exist to exalt Jesus

Christ, evangelize the lost, and

edify believers. We have lots of

interesting and enriching things

to do and offer as a church. But

our priorities are to worship the

Lord Jesus Christ, to fellowship

with other believers, to grow to

be more like Jesus, to do

ministry, and to share the Good

News with those around us. I

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER OF GRACE BAPTIST CHURCH

First you must present yourself for membership during a worship service. Our Pastor will be at the front during the invitation to help you with your decision then you will encouraged to attend a membership 101 class. Secondly you must express your desire for membership through one of the follow-ing ways: 1) Profession of faith: If you have never made a public decision acknowledg-ing that you have or are receiving Christ as your Savior, you will be given that opportunity. After you have made a public profession of faith, your baptism will be scheduled. 2) By statement of faith: If you have previously made a public decision ac-knowledging that you have received Christ as your Savior, we will be happy to receive you. It will however be necessary for you to be baptized at Grace if you have never been baptized by immersion or if you were baptized in a church which holds a differ-ent view of salvation, baptism or eternal security than Grace.

All singers are invited to be a part of this important worship ministry!

Red Cross Volunteer Team—If you would like to serve on our church’s Red Cross disaster relief team you need to go to volunteerconnection.redcross.org and sign up. When completing the application, please note that Tullahoma is within the Heart of Tennessee Chapter of the Tennessee Region of the American Red Cross. Once volunteers have

completed their online application they will receive communications to coordinate and schedule online and classroom training.

Words can’t express how blessed I have felt serving in

ministry here at Grace Baptist Church these past 20 years.

Thank you Grace members and staff for the special

recognition last Sunday. The flowers were beautiful and the

monetary gift was very much appreciated.

Women’s Ministry— Reminder: If you signed up for the Women of Joy Conference, the remaining balance is NOW DUE. Stephanie Parris & Kim Rickman will be in the foyer before the second service and also after the second service for the next 2 Sundays. Women’s Ministry Birthday Party—The Women’s Ministry will be having a birthday party for all ladies on Saturday, February 11th @ 5pm in the Worship Center Class Rooms. This will be a great time of food and fellowship. If you plan on attending please RSVP by Wed. Feb. 8th by calling the church office at 455-9839. Card Ministry— The card ministry will resume February 20th. They meet the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. Everyone is encouraged to be a part of this ministry. Appreciation— Thank you to our church family for the outpouring of love and sympathy

shown to us during the loss of my mother, Bobbie Shasteen. Every card, call, visit, prayer, and dish of food touched our hearts deeply. Also, thank you for the donations that have been made to the Grace Baptist “Generator Fund” to be used for Disaster Relief in our community. We are thankful to have had the support of our church family during this difficult time.
