The over exposure of Online Content, and its current repercussions on society, has made the Medical

Community to focus in the Studies of Social Media and its impact on people.

depression and Social Media. 3. People who use the majority of their time compliantly consuming data (by themselves), where in a negative

mood afterwards. 4. Made adjustments to the platform introducing a Snooze option on the News Feed. This allows users to

block pages/people/groups for specific time frames.

5. 25% Facebook Users said they falsified some of their account information.

6. 24% of people missed important moments in real life because they were to busy trying to share them on Social Media channels.

7. 51% of surveyed people said they check Social Network sites at dinner.

8. Cyber bullying has spread widely with 42% of young people reporting that they have been victims.
