numbers ( value & place value ) , ordering and comparing numbers

Unit 2 Students will be able to recognize adding 3 digit numbers , adding by renaming , subtraction.

Unit 3 Students will be able to recognize open & closed curves, straight line, line segment, Ray and polygons with their properties, congruency of two geometric figures and solids with their properties.

Unit 4 Units of length, the meters and centimeters.

Checking system- Booklet and its model Answer is uploaded to school website - The Teacher will check every session that students answered the previously given assignment , students are given points on every H.W . - By the end of term there will be a rewarding system for every student did an effort according to the number of points at the back of his book .

The closest number-The closest number is the nearest hundred to the answer of addition or subtraction.- We can get the closest or nearest hundred according to the Tens of this number * If the Tens digit is a weak number( 0,1,2,3,4 ) ,then the Hundreds digit will stay as it was. ex: 7 3 4 Tens is weak , hundreds will stay as it was , so the nearest hundred is 700

* If the Tens digit is a strong number (5,6,7,8,9 ) ,then the Hundreds digit will jump one jump more .

Complete in the same pattern- This means that we jump the same jump each time to

get the new number in the empty spaces - ex :550, 570 ,590 ,-----,-----,---

- We use the magic box - how to fill the box ?- First subtract any two numbers coming after each

other, get the answer and put it inside the box590-570= 20

*See if the numbers of the pattern are getting bigger put( +) beside the number in the magic box as + 20 *See if the numbers of the pattern are getting smaller put( - ) beside the number in the magic box as - 20- Second add or subtract (as the sign we put ) the number in magic box to the last number in the same pattern to get the new number so that
