• To develop the ICT human resources toward  integration and international standard. 

• 2015: 30% of ICT’s graduated students will have get the  qualification standard to take part in international labour market and up 80% in 2020.

• 2020: will be reach at 1 million employees in IT sector.

IT Industry: Leading Economic Sector

In the period of 2015 ‐ 2020,  ICT will be reach from  2 to  3 times  to average of GDP growth (8 – 10% of GDP)

2015: top 15 countries in software and content outsourcing and top 10 in 2020.
