• Inbound traffic to 1515 porous paved lot would be effected

• 50/50 alley program would allow porous paved alley

COMMUNITY SAFETY• 1515 is a very

problematic site

• power pole on alley/project property line

• single pole with multiple(3) lines

• no crane load lines within 20 ft. of any power line or supports

• notice power pole guy line extends from power pole through the tree, across Chicago, well down opposite alley

• constricted use of Chicago Av construction lane?

• crane can only swing 180 degrees west-to-east

• brick wall on east elevation

• scaffold shown 12 ft to lay brick walls
