• Statutory Boards

• Gazetted Hotels - endorsed by STB

• Foreign tertiary education institutions + international schools - endorsed by EDB

• Local tertiary education institutions - registered with MOE

• Medical Institutions - registered with MOH

• Completed the S$600 million cable network

• SCV was granted 7-year exclusivity

• Until June 2002.

• MDA did tender for a second pay TV operator

• No response then.
