(with communication

equipment) and DDM

office established

Acquire government

building and establish

NEOC (with

communication

equipment) and DDM

office

Status of the office

measured at the end of

the year

A permanent government structure is

important to house the NEOC. In

absence of a permanent govt. structure,

it is not feasible to establish the NEOC

with all communication and other

equipment.
