Quality manufactured and affordably priced, PaceSetter Long Tube Headers will wake up your late model muscle car without damaging your wallet! • CNC-machined, 3/8”-thick flanges are matched to the exhaust port profile for optimum seal and flow. • Flash-controlled 16-gauge carbon steel primaries provide greater durability than 18-gauge or more brittle stainless steel. • Length and diameter of mandrel-bent primaries is optimized for fit, ease of installation and best performance increase.

• Primaries are sequenced into the collector for the best cylinder scavenging. • One-piece design means easier installation. MONZA Performance Exhaust Systems utilize the right combination of larger than-stock, 16- gauge, mandrel-bent tubing and low back-pressure, high-flow performance mufflers for cooler, smoother engine operation and increased performance. Each system uses corrosion-resistant aluminized steel and features chrome-plated T304 Stainless Steel MONZA Premium Exhaust Tips. The finish is a durable black paint. Necessary hardware and instructions are included. MONZA Performance Exhaust Systems are designed to replace the original equipment muffler system and, in many cases, attach to the stock catalytic converter.

polished and chrome-plated steel exhaust tips, these are the standard by which all other premium tips are compared. MONZA Exhaust Tips include the classic Dual 2-1/2” and 3” Outlet Tips with Resonators for cars, trucks, and SUV’s, and Single 3” Outlet with Resonators for all ap-plications. Each features slash-cut outlets with glass-packed resonators and can be clamped- or welded-on.

Manufactured by PaceSetter, these 18 mm O2 sensor weld bungs and plugs are identical to those used on PaceSet-ter’s own headers and catalytic converters. The weld bungs are precision-machined from 1”-diameter steel and feature 18mm x 1.5 pitch threads. The steel plugs carry the same 18mm x 1.5 thread to seal the weld bungs where necessary. Available in sets of 10 bungs and 10 plugs, 25 of each and 100 of each. Weld bungs available separately in the same quantities.

LIMITED WARRANTY

PaceSetter Marketing, Inc. warrants that all products (except Catalytic Converters) will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for three years from the date of purchase by the original end user. Exceptions are set forth below. During the first year of the warranty period, PaceSetter, at our option, will repair or replace products with defects in workmanship and materials. During the second and third years of ownership, product will be replaced with a pro-rated fee charged to the end user. The exact amount of the fee will be determined at the time of settlement of the claim and will be based on the Suggested Retail Price of the product in effect at the time of the claim and the amount of time the product was used during the 36 month warranty period. PaceSetter will not be responsible for freight charges, labor charges, or other expense incurred, or inconveniences or consequential damages occasioned by failure of the product, or for breach of any expressed or implied warranty with respect to the product other than as set forth herein.

Implied warranties on PaceSetter products shall be in effect only for the duration of the expressed warranty (with exceptions set forth below). After expiration of such expressed warranty, there shall be no warranties, expressed or implied, on these products. This limited warranty is void if the product shows evidence of mishandling, externally-applied heat, welding, bending, or mutilating of parts, burn-out or blowout resulting from improper tuning, visual rust or rust-through as the result of an external wrap or coating not applied by PaceSetter. Also voiding the warranty are uses contrary to applicable instruction sheets, shipping damage, or repair performed by other than PaceSetter. Paint, gaskets, bolts, external (visual) rust, rust-through, and cosmetic appearance are not covered under the terms of this warranty. Plating on a product, once the product is installed, is not covered under the terms of this warranty. To be eligible for service under the terms of this warranty, end user must be able to prove purchase and purchase date. Shipping back to PaceSetter is responsibility of customer. Contact dealer from which the product was purchased or PaceSetter Performance Products in Phoenix, AZ. Written permission must be obtained on all warranty claims.

CATALYTIC CONVERTER LIMITED WARRANTYPaceSetter Marketing, Inc. makes the following limited warranty to the original retail purchaser of this direct-fit catalytic converter:

1. LIMITED WARRANTY: This direct-fit catalytic converter is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship subject to the exclusion and conditions set forth below and subject to the durational limits in this paragraph. The catalytic converter has been designed and manufactured and is warranted to meet federal Environmental Protection Agency emission requirements for 25,000 miles. The stainless steel body and the nipples alone are warranted for 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. At the conclusion of the 5 year/50,000 mile or 25,000 mile period, whichever is applicable, all liability under this limited warranty shall terminate. In order to be considered for warranty, the warranty card enclosed with each converter assembly must be completed and returned to Pacesetter.

2. DEFECTS: If this direct-fit catalytic converter is defective, PaceSetter will supply the purchaser with a new direct-fit catalytic converter provided the following conditions are met: a. There is a completed warranty card on file; b. The purchaser must return the converter to the original place of purchase, along with proof of purchase; c. If the warranty claim relates to emission performance, the purchaser should provide proof of failure of an emissions test; d. PaceSetter may require proof from purchaser that the engine was tuned to original manufacturer’s specifications and maintained in proper operating condition. e. The converter is not a replacement for the same emissions-related problem.

THE OBLIGATION OF PACESETTER UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS TO SUPPLY THE PURCHASER WITH A NEW CATALYTIC CONVERTER. PACESETTER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FREIGHT CHARGES, LABOR CHARGES, OR OTHER EXPENSE INCURRED, OR INCONVENIENCES OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OCCASIONED BY FAILURE OF THE PRODUCT, OR FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH HEREIN.

3. EXCLUSIONS: Failure or defects caused by the following are not covered by this warranty:a. Improper installation (including installation on a vehicle for which the converter has not been cataloged) or failure to maintain the vehicle in proper operating condition with all emissions control equipment properly connected and operating according to vehicle manufacturer’s specifications;b. Replacement converters that fail for the same reason as the original failure are not covered under this warranty; c. Damage due to an accident, negligence or misuse;d. Converters installed on vehicles with modified exhaust or emission systems.

SAFETY STATEMENT: The catalytic converter will not in its sole operation, function, or malfunction result in any unsafe conditions endangering the motor vehicle, its occupants, or persons or property in close proximity to the vehicle.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. PACESETTER MARKETING, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR INJURY TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY RESULTING FROM MISUSE OR IMPROPER INSTALLATION OF THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER.
