TOPOGRAPHY AND LAND USE

The topography of the project site is almost flat and low lying with gentle slope towards south-east corner oflow lying with gentle slope towards south east corner of the plot.

The land use of the project area is notified as Urbanizable vide Gazette Notification No. S.O. 1321(E)which allows both residential and commercial development from Tamilnadu Government.
