c A valid, current U.S. Passport c Sleeping bag, pillow & camping pad c Warm clothes for cold nights c Comfortable clothes for relaxing at camp & in San Diego c Work clothes that can get dirty or ruined

o Long pants o Short sleeve shirts (but no tank tops) o Sturdy closed-toed shoes

c Work gloves c Water bottle c Sunscreen c Towel & toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.) c “Sun Shower” from sporting goods store

(recommended) c Modest swim suit for showers c Flashlight (we also recommend a headlamp flashlight) c Bible & pencil c Cash for 4 meals on the road (and a little extra for souvenirs, if

desired) c Large trash bags to pack dirty clothes c Rain poncho (just in case!) c Cell Phones: We are okay with you

bringing them to keep in touch with parents. The goal of the trip is to unplug from technology. CPC is not responsible for lost, broken or stolen phones.

What NOT to bring

c Too much stuff! (Please pack light- you need to be able to carry it!) c Large or hard-sided luggage (space under the bus is very limited) c Large inflatable mattress or cots! (there is no room in your tent for an aerobed), just

buy a nice camping pad instead.

c NO drugs c NO alcohol c NO cigarettes c NO weapons of any kind c NO bad attitude
