NEWSLETTER ISSUE No. 13 2020
As we approach the end of another busy term, I would like to take this opportunity to thank parents for their support during the term and wish everyone a very safe and restful holiday break. Term 4 promises to be another productive and busy term with a number of important end of year events being planned. I would like to remind parents that Monday 12th October is a school development day and students do not attend. Students recommence for Term 4 on Tuesday 13th October. HEALTHY LUNCH BOX CHOICES
The Western Australian School Canteen Association’s (WASCA) kindergarten orienta-
tion video is available to encourage parents to make healthy lunchbox choices for
their children. The link below will provide all parents with some great information
and ideas for providing children with healthy lunches. https://www.waschoolcanteens.org.au/schoolcommunity/parents/ Year 5/6 RAC Excursion: Tuesday 13th October
A reminder that the Year 5/6 RAC Excursion is on the first Tuesday when
students return for Term 4. All students should be dressed in their Padbury
Primary School uniform and bring a packed recess, lunch and water bottle.
BOOK WEEK:
The theme for Book Week this year is
“Curious Creatures and Wild Minds”.
Book week will run from Monday 16th
November to Friday 20th November.
More information about this event will
be provided next term.
Year 5/6 Camp: November 30 to December 4th
A reminder to parents that full payment is to be received by Monday 16th
November. If you need to arrange a payment plan, please contact Mrs Tan on
6206 7950.
