At Padrone we have elevated pizza making to an art form.

Hand built for us in Verona, Italy, our wood-fried pizza oven is at the heart of our creations. We use the fi nest Italian ingredients - 00 fl our, homemade tomato sugo, EVOO and Fior di Latte mozzarella or buffalo mozzarella.

Our slow-rising, dairy free dough is hand stretched and baked at up to 400c to create a light, soft and delicious crust.
