Under the umbrella of Every Nation Ministries and in conjunction with Grace Bible Church Pearlside, the Every Nation School of Ministry Hawaii is designed to help mobilize revolutionary ministries across the Every Nation world. Through this semester-long intensive training, you will be equipped to pioneer ministries to impact your campuses and communities for Christ. THE DESIGN Our unique approach of classroom instruction and practical internship provides both the principles and practices necessary for effective ministry. Two tracks are available: 1. Those desiring training for campus-specific ministry. 2. Those desiring training for general ministry to communities. The school consists of 300 hours of classroom instruction and 200 hours of practical internship. WHO SHOULD ATTEND The School of Ministry Hawaii is for two types of people: 1. Those who know that they are called into vocational full-time ministry. 2. Those who are unsure if they are called into vocational full-time
ministry, but would like to be better equipped for leadership and ministry.
People in any of the above categories may attend the school whether they have graduated from college, or are still in pursuit of a degree.
We look forward to having you here!
Aloha!

MISSION The School of Ministry Hawaii exists to train effective ministers to work with their local church on developing dynamic, relevant ministries to reach their cities and to develop local churches that will plan other socially responsible churches in America and abroad. VALUES
We value a learning process that is critical, inductive, and participatory.
We value relationships that are genuine and lasting.
We value an environment where loving God and loving people is evident in all that is done.
We value a leadership philosophy that emphasizes participation and team spirit. EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY We designed our curriculum to train, instruct, and develop our students in personal character, ministry and professional skills, and leadership ability. We also know that different students learn in different ways. To create the best possible learning environment, we used a varied teaching approach that includes classroom lectures, individual readings, written interactions, small group discussions, large group discussions, practical application projects, and hands-on internships. OBJECTIVES We used an outcome-based objectives model to develop the strategic plan for the school. We created 12 objectives that we attempt to achieve with each class. 1. That all students understand, model, and communicate the fundamentals of being a disciple and
making disciples. 2. That all students can articulate the Gospel in a personal way that produces a response. 3. That all students understand and practice the spiritual disciplines. 4. That all students learn to analyze their ministry assignment and develop a strategic plan. 5. That all students have a basic understanding of the four fundamentals of ministry: personal
evangelism, small groups, services, and special events. 6. That all students understand and apply essential leadership principles and management skills. 7. That all students understand and value the importance of relationships in life and ministry. 8. That all students discover their unique gifts and strengths for life and ministry. 9. That all students learn to analyze culture and understand religions and belief systems that affect
students.
