Increasify was founded by Sam Halcrow
and Jackie Zhao in 2013, as a break-away
company from The Online Experts Austra-
lia – a digital marketing agency located in
Sydney. Identifying the overlap and trend of
Professional Services agencies and Digital
agencies to collaborate together, Increasify
has over 30 full-time staff and are growing.

Sam Halcrow, Managing DirectorSam Halcrow is a digital expert. He has led digital strategies
and implementations for multi-national publicly listed organi-
sations including Kaspersky Lab, FMC and Agrana Fruit.
For the last 10 years Sam and his teams have delivered more
than 150 innovative digital solutions on web, mobile, retail and
online platforms, created digital platforms and apps.
Sam cofounded Increasify where he leads business strategy,
marketing, finance, and products & services strategy for the
company as well as championing digital thought leadership
for the company.
Jackie Zhao, Operations DirectorJackie Zhao embodies what an Operations director needs to
be in the digital future: a combination of strong digital busi-
ness knowledge with best in class new technologies.
He has worked as Project Manager for Synertone Telecom-
munication Corp - A publicly listed Software Development
company in China, Hong Kong and Macau.
Jackie has led significant data mining research in AI (Artificial
Intelligence) working with private sector and education.
Vincent Deng, Technical DirectorVincent Deng has a proven track-record and over fiften years
of system and business analysis experience including vision,
strategy and execution. Vincent held different internation-
al executive management positions in companies such as
Microsoft in China.

excitingly, our solutions manage Westfield’s 50,000 emergency assets within their Shop-
ping Centres - critical assets, that ensure the safety of the public.

past 3 years, Increasify has developed a new way for Early Learning Centres to operate their
services, improving the level of service delivered to Children and their families. 9 out of

learning at these Centre’s since the implementation of this solution.
