Naming Teams
• Some teams have assigned names– Top team in the age group
• Other teams can select an MLS or NWSL team• Name needs to include WSC, age group, gender, team nickname– For exampleWSC U12B Revolution
Payment
• Complete IC Form• Checks will be requested the first business day of the new month• 3-‐5 days for processing• 3-‐5 mailing• Team salary will be divided by 12 months
– September-‐August• Trainer sessions
– Use Google time card– We pay per session not time on the field – you are expected to arrive 15 minutes before a session
– Google time card needs to be completed the last business day of the month

Dress Code
• Practice day–WSC apparel– Boots
• Game Day–WSC apparel– If wearing khaki shorts you should wear polo– Runners (no bare feet or sandals)
• Sunglasses– You can wear them but take them off when you speak to people
• Hat• Fine but with sunglasses be really thoughtful about your body language – easy to look intimidating
Equipment
• Bibs–Will be provided– U13+ -‐ 12, 12, 6– U11-‐U12 -‐ 10, 10, 6– U9-‐U10 -‐ 8, 8, 6
• Cones–Will be provided
• Flat goals– At BSC Red– In September other sites may have some
