At the point of pump stroke change over, the fluid pressure and flow momentarily drops. The diaphragm deflects down wards due to the now higher air pressure in the upper chamber and applies pressure to the fluid in the lower chamber, thus compensating for the reduction in fluid pressure and flow.

Triple Set Point Control - with the Cascade gun operator now has the ability to select between three pre-set voltage levels using a single thumb operated gun mounted switch, not just turn the power on and off.
An LED bar graph on the R90/70 Cascade guns alerts the user to the voltage level setting currently selected.
Once the trigger is pulled, the display changes to show the electrostatic power output status.

The ‘back pressure’ regulator responds to the changes in system fluid pressure, (due to variable paint usage). - Adjusting to maintain the set pressure, thus
maintaining the required system back pressure. - If the pressure in the system drops below the
regulated level (system demand exceeds pump supply rate) then the valve will close down to a minimum.
