Product Guarantee 1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 This guarantee applies only to Aristospray pumps andancillary products purchased through an appointed UKdistributor.

1.2 The supplier of these products throughout England,Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic ofIreland is Aristospray UK. It should be noted that yourcontract of sale is with the appointed distributor fromwhom the product was purchased.

1.3 In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with thisproduct you should in the first instance approach thedistributor from whom the product was purchased. Anydamage or faults apparent on receipt must be reportedwithin fourteen days of purchase.

1.4 Any claim made under the terms of this guarantee mustbe accompanied by proof of purchase.

1.5 Problems arising from incorrect set-up, adjustment ormaintenance are the responsibility of the end-user andare not covered by the terms of this guarantee. Supportis available in the first instance from the distributor whomade the supply. Should further technical support berequired this is available from Aristospray UK.

2. GUARANTEE

2.1 In addition to the above Aristospray UK guarantees thatfor a period of twelve months from the date of purchasethe components of this product will be free from defectscaused by faulty construction or manufacture.

2.2 During this period defects recognized by Aristospray UKas being covered by the guarantee as stated in 2.1 abovewill be corrected either by means of repair of the faultyunit free of charge or by replacement with a unit inperfect working order. Retained units for which areplacement has been provided shall become theproperty of Aristospray UK. This is provided that:

2.2.1 The claims procedure has been followed as set out below;2.2.2 Aristospray UK are given reasonable opportunity after

receiving notice of the claim of examining the product;2.2.3 If asked to do so by Aristospray UK or its appointed

distributor the product is returned to Aristospray UK’spremises or other approved premises such as those ofthe distributor for examination;

2.2.4 The fault in question is not caused by continuousindustrial use, accidental damage, fair wear and tear,willful damage, negligence on your part, incorrectelectrical connection, unapproved modification, abnormalworking conditions, failure to follow the instructionsissued with each machine, misuse, or alteration or repairof the product without the approval of Aristospray UK;

2.2.5 This product has been purchased for your own use andnot for hire purposes;

2.2.6 This Guarantee extends to the cost of carriage incurredby the purchaser returning the product to Aristospray UKas long as it is demonstrated that the defect falls withinthe terms of this Guarantee and that the claimsprocedure as set below is adhered to.

3. CLAIMS PROCEDURE

3.1 In the first instance please contact the distributor fromwhom the unit was purchased. Many initial problemswith machines originally thought to be due to faulty partsare solved by correctly setting up or adjustment of themachines. Your distributor should be able to resolve themajority of these issues much more quickly thanprocessing a claim under the guarantee.

3.2 If the distributor who supplied the product to you hasbeen unable to satisfy your query, any claim made underthis Guarantee should be made directly to AristosprayUK. The claim itself should be made by email or inwriting to Aristospray UK and should include your contactdetails, proof of purchase and give an explanation of theproblem leading to the claim.

3.3 N.B. It is essential that this written claim reachesAristospray UK by the last day of the period covered bythis Guarantee. No late claims will be considered.

3.4 You will be contacted by a representative of AristosprayUK once your initial written claim has been received. If itis necessary to return the item, in most cases but subjectalways to clause 2.2.5, Aristospray UK will arrange forcollection or will provide FREEPOST information toenable return. A returns number will be issued byAristospray UK which must be used on all documentationaccompanying the return.

4. NOTICE

This Guarantee applies to all Aristospray pumps and ancillaryproducts purchased from an appointed distributor of AristosprayUK within the United Kingdom of Great Britain and NorthernIreland and the Republic of Ireland. This Guarantee does notconfer any rights other than those expressly set out above anddoes not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage.This Guarantee is offered as an extra benefit and does not affectyour statutory rights as a consumer. Additional written copies ofthis Guarantee are available. Please send a stamped and selfaddressed envelope for each copy of the Guarantee requested
