You will enjoy the freedom of expression, exploring untapped creative inner resources while working as a group through the series of drawing-based exercises led by a trained Paint Your Life ™ moderator. There is no competition. This is a unique once-in-a-lifetime experience everyone deserves to have! Please bring a bag lunch-we will take a brief lunch break half way through the session. All other materials, including your own copy of the Paint Your Life ™ book (yours to keep) will be provided.
