State-of-the-Art MachineryWe have 9 ‘Z series’ latest sortex machines. In addition to regular packing machines, we have Form-Fill-&-Seal automatic machines to custom-pack consumer packaging (ie: 1kg, 2kg, etc) in PET+PE packing materials.
Warehousing Facility Our warehousing facility is more than 1.2 million sq ft in industrial, spanning 250 acres across Karachi, Gharo, Golarchi, Sheikhupura, Pindi Das, Layyah and Chaubara. This infrastructure makes Garibsons the single largest processors, millers and exporters from Pakistan.
Rice ProductionWe purchase paddy directly from farmers when the new crop comes in. First processing is done at our Husking Plants in Punjab. The de-husked rice re-processed in our Karachi mills aligns with buyer benchmarks and requirements.
Storage Facility We have 23 silos imported GSI (USA), each with a capacity of 4,250 MT. Units have been installed at our facilities in Port Qasim, Sheikhupura, Gharo, Golarchi and Pindi Das. Silos are also used for Wheat and Maize.
