I am very excited about the release of my new PALAZZO 2007 Napa Valley Red Wine! Continuing in the style and quality of my previous vintages, this new release is another beautiful and complex wine ... showing wonderful layers of rich fruit, soft tannins... and a lush, supple texture on the palate!

My inspiration and passion for producing the ‘style of my wines’ began almost 30 years ago... with a love affair for the wines made from the Bordeaux region of France. Particularly, wines from the small, family owned Chateau’s that dot the rolling hillsides of the beautiful ‘Right Bank’ countryside of St. Emilion & Pomerol. It is from there that my motivation and excitement for producing PALAZZO WINE continues to come.

Merlot makes up the lion share of the PALAZZO 2007 Napa Valley Red Wine, and is the ‘backbone’ of this vintage... giving the wine its power & strength... lush and elegant mouth feel... and wonderful layers of rich cherry and black currant fruit. The Cabernet Franc adds brightness, acidity and a ‘floral spiciness’ to the wine... with the Cabernet Sauvignon adding structure, character... and a long rich finish of deep dark fruit.

Our goal at PALAZZO WINE is, and always will be, to produce beautiful wines of outstanding quality,

with distinction and class! Wines that are both ‘powerful and elegant’... and pair well with a broad range of foods... Reminiscent of the style and quality of wines that come from the wonderful ‘Right Bank’ region of Bordeaux, France!
