II. Site LocationIII. Walk Test Methods

Test involves taking the measurement samples in idle or dedicated mode at it implies on technologies (2G, 3G &4G) present in

The building using the test phones and moving round the accessible locations.

Purpose of DAS Test: Full drive test for Al Ain Mall-AAN to check the coverage and to highlight all coverage issues if founded.

Physical check for the mall DAS & clear all the issues if founded.

Propose recommendation that enhancing the network interms of coverage and capacity. Clear all major issues that highlighted by Etisalat planning that related to DAS like uplink interference due to faulty component. IV. Test Tools Test Phones: Sony Xperia

Test Data Collection: TEMS Investigation Post Processing Tool: TEMS Discovery

VII. Summary of Walk test results & Recommendations 2G: Coverage was found weak in the top few floors and outdoor site is serving inside those floors of the building.

3G: Coverage was found weak in the top few floors and outdoor site is serving inside those floors of the building. 4G: Not Available in the Building..Recommendations: - According to coverage plots it is confirmed that DAS system was not working properly as in the top areas the signal strength is bad. So rectification is required and need to think of additional antennae from design point of view for better coverage. It is also recommended to check the tapping side connections inside the GSM rooms.IX. Conclusion

From the above walk test analysis inside the building it is concluded that 2G & 3G technologies are working properly as defined but no 4G technology is there.Thank You
