Transfer Admission Agreements Palomar College has transfer agreements with seven University of California schools. To be eligible for these transfer programs, students must complete specified general education classes and maintain a minimum grade point average. Students desiring to transfer to a CSU campus find that Palomar College’s many CSU transfer classes are easily identified. Working with a Palomar counselor, every student can create an educational plan to achieve his or her goals. Each student should meet with a counselor early and maintain regular contact to ensure transfer success. Students can choose from day, evening and weekend classes. The college offers online and video courses.
