Tips for using the online Submittable Portal

Step 1

If you don’t have a Submittable Account, please create a user account. If you do, login.

All default notifications such as a the confirmation that the submission was received and edit requests will be sent to this account so please carefully select the account you will be using.

Step 2

Fill out your information in the appropriate fields. Required fields are marked with an*.

You may save along the way by clicking the “Save Draft” button at the end of the form.

Step 3

Upload required documents. toward the end of the application.

You may use our template or your own for project and organizational budgets. You must use our fiscal agent template if you are using a fiscal agent.

When uploading documents, please note that reviewers see a pdf of your document, so view your document in a print preview screen before uploading. Or consider uploading a pdf.

Step 4

Submit your grant. When it is time to submit, please click on the Submit button. The document won’t submit until all the required fields are completed correctly. You will receive a confirmation email and be taken MN Partners website when it is complete. It is very important that you check to see if your grant was actually submitted.

You can see your grant application if you log back into Submittable.
