SUCCESS STORY

Many people claim that success comes by luck, however, success is a result of hard-work and self-development. I joined Pan Gulf Welding Solutions Company (WSCO now) in 1st June 2013 as a Sales Engineer.

My roles at that time were to visit customers, build relations with them, converting their inquiries to orders, taking care of their requirements after closing the deals and etc.

The biggest challenges at that time was how to start in this new range of business since I am Electronics Engineer and in Machinery 90% of

our daily practices are relevant to Mechanical side.

At that time, I promised myself to learn more and more, and to be involved in everything related to our business, because specially in trading field a person need be familiar with finance, logistics, products, the competitors.On 20th of February 2015 the management decided to promote me to be a “Product Manager” for Machine Tools Department.

We increased the number of our suppliers to 21, and we added new products to our products line.After one-year in 2016 the

management decided to divide the company to 4 divisions (Welding, Machinery, Rental and Technical Services).

Since that time till now I am handling the Machinery Division as a Division Manager.

In my point of view there are many elements of success, however, the main elements are perseverance, strong determination, and continuous learning because knowledge, technology and science will never end.

THE ANNUAL CHARITY RUN

The Annual Charity Run was initiated in the year 1995. The idea of the charity run is to collect donations and sell participation forms, and use that income to highlighting some issues of interest to the community, such as the diseases of genetics support, anti-smoking, children of autism and other slogans that have been highlighted through Community awareness of these things.

The 23rd Annual Charity Run, Is an extension of a 23-years of direct support from the management of Pan Gulf Holding and volunteer staff. Pan Gulf Holding provides logistical support, through the (support services committee) headed by Mr. Khalid Abdul Aziz Al-Hamdan.

I have worked in the committee since 2001, where I learned a lot about voluntary work under the supervision of Mr. Khalid Al-Hamdan, who has been backing in support and guidance.

This year was the first experience of women’s participation in the race, which involved more than 500 women of different ages and nationalities, and more than 9000 men participated this year.

The race was a successful with the help of colleagues from Pan Gulf Holding Company, Pan Gulf Steel Company, and Saudi Pan Gulf Co.

I would like to thank my colleagues of Pan Gulf Steel Company Mr. Radwan Sayed and Dammam Steel Yard division. Mr. Tarek Sadaqa of Saudi Pan Gulf Company, and transportation team and last but not the least, my colleagues / Mr. Mohammed Mujtaba Khan who was taking care of our race result device, Mr. Mohammed Al-Hajri, Mr. Mohammed Al-Mutair, Mr. Faisal Al-Enezi, Eng. Hasan, Eng. Ahmed Muneer, maintenance team \ tower staff, and Mr. Irfan.

TOURISM IN KSA JABAL QARAH

The Jabal Qarah (or Qarah Hills or Qarah mountain) is at a distance of 10 kilometers from Hufuf, in Al Hasa. Hufuf lies about 140km southwest of Dammam and 300km east of Riyadh. Jabal Qarah is a major tourist attraction in the east of Saudi Arabia.Jabal Qarah is a flat-topped hill with a maximum elevation of 225 meters above sea level. Over the years, water and wind transformed this hill into a habitat of caves and fascinating landscape.The unique features of Jabal Qarah attracts the tourists; Jabal Qarah caves are known to be cool in the summer and warm in the winter, the hills of this natural site are made up of sedimentary rocks like sandstones and limestone, the composition of limestone gives most part of the Qarah hills an off-white color. Because, limestone is a sedimentary rock formed from the skeletons and shells of marine organisms that consists chiefly of calcium carbonate.
