PANCHAYAT AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT MINISTER

'Rural-Urban (Rurban) mission in Chhattisgarh, aimed at proper

implementation of various development schemes will be launched

by the Prime Minister of India.

To launch the ambitious Shyama Prasad Mukherji Rurban (Rural-

Urban) mission in Dongargarh, Chhattisgarh, permission has been

granted from the state government.

The electronic manufacturing cluster will also be developed soon.

A jungle safari of an area of 320.15 hectare at a cost of Rs 226

crore will also be developed.

The Panchayat and Rural development Minister has actively

participated in the development schemes so that to develop the rural

and urban areas under Rurban mission.

The new scheme for housing scheme will be launched in Naya Raipur.

Under the scheme, 40,000 EWS and LIG houses will be constructed

towards achieving the target of housing for all by 2022 under

'Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana'.

Khudsanar village in Chhattisgarh was a part of the rural

electrification programme governed by the Central government.

The program is trying to overcome the challenge of reaching high

cost infrastructure to small settlements.
