Preparing Cabinet for 3096003 Filler Panel: For Multifold Towel Cabinet: 1. Remove existing towel cabinet door by removing hinge pin, or breaking spot welds.

Hinge pin can be taken out to remove doors on most Bobrick Models.

Most other models will have to have the spot welds broken to separate the door from the cabinet. A cold chisel or Dremel grinding tool are commonly used.

2. Remove vertical towel guide from inside of cabinet.

3. Verify measurement from top inside of cabinet to bottom of towel tray. Filler panel will cover existing towel tray where this dimension is 20 1/2” or less.

4. Remove stainless steel towel tray if dimension from top flange of cabinet to bottom of towel tray is greater than 21-7/8”.

5. After required parts are removed, the cabinet is ready to accept installation of Tork Nickelite Filler Panel 3096003. Please refer to Filler Panel installation instructions for next steps.

For Hardwound Roll Towel Cabinet: 1. Open towel cabinet door. 2. Locate mounting screws that secure towel cabinet mechanism to recessed frame of stainless steel

towel/waste unit. 3. Remove roll towel cabinet from recessed frame. 4. Please refer to filler panel installation instructions for next steps.

Removable plastic towel guide in some models. Usually can be removed by pulling out by hand.

Towel guide welded to back of cabinet. Common in many models. Requires tools to remove.

INSTALLATION ALERT

Installation of this adaptor/filler plate (the “Product”) requires substantial modifications to the current recessed dispenser. These modifications may not be reversible after installation has begun.

Do not install this Product until you have read this entire document. This document sets forth the term and conditions for the use and installation of the Product. Commencing installation of this Product indicates that the Buyer has read and understands this agreement and accepts its terms and conditions.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS Reasonable safety precautions must be taken during installation, including but not limited to:

Wearing of gloves

Wearing of protective eye wear

Safe use of tools

Awareness of sharp edges that may occur during installation process

Use of proper sized fasteners for installation

Knowledge of wall structure on which dispenser is to be mounted

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY SCA Tissue North America, LLC and its affiliates, successors, distributors, contractors, employees, and other representatives (“SCA”) shall in no way be liable for the Product’s proper use and service. SCA herby waives all claims for losses, injuries, or other damages incurred during the installation of the Product, including but not limited to, damage to building or utilities during the installation process.

Buyer acknowledges that it is not relying on SCA’s skill or judgment as to whether Product is suitable for an existing cabinet, if any. BUYER HERBY WAIVES ALL REMEDIES OR LIABILITIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW OR OTHERWISE (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FITNESS, MERCHANTABILITY, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES) WHETHER OR NOT THE RESULT OF SCA’S NEGLIGENCE.

SCA DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR DAMAGES. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the disclaimer of any liability of personal injury is a material term for this Agreement, and the Buyer agrees to indemnify SCA and to hold SCA harmless from any claim related to the Product, including but not limited to, claims relating to the installation of the Product. Under no circumstance will SCA be liable for any damages or expenses by reason of use or sale of any Product.

SCA assumes no reliability regarding the improper installation or misapplication of its Products. It is the installer’s responsibility to check for proper installation and, if in doubt, contact the manufacturer.

In the event that the Buyer does not agree with this Agreement the Buyer may return the Product, in a new and unused condition, to the place of Purchase within thirty (30 ) days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE INSTALLATION OF THIS PRODUCT INDICATES THAT THE BUYER HAS READ AND UNDERSTANDS THIS AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTS ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
