John Lyons’ Signature Panel by Priefert incorporates the innovative features of Priefert’s other models of Horse-Safe™ panels with conceptual features preferred by “America’s Most Trusted Horseman”. With our unique “fishhook” design ends and chain connectors, traps for legs between panels are eliminated. Combining the 6’ height that offers security for horses that may have a tendency to jump with the wider spacing of the 5-rails insures design consistent with John’s basic philosophy. Premier Panels for Cattle What do cattlemen look for most in a corral panel? DURABILITY and VERSATILITY! Don’t be fooled by imitations! Pound for pound, Priefert Premier Panels are the toughest panel on the market. Uniquely designed, Priefert Premier Panels are light enough to be portable, yet heavy enough to be durable, Premier Panels combine more durability, more versatility and more value than any other panel on the market.

F Uniquely designed to maximize strength, Priefert’s Quadraform™ Tubing virtually doubles the vertical strength of the panel. When a 1,000 lb. cow comes down on top of most panels, they are immediately destroyed and the cows are out. The greatest strength of Quadraform™ Tubing is that it supports downward pressure better than traditional round tubing which makes it a natural selection when working with cattle. In addition, Quadraform™ Tubing absorbs more horizontal pressure applied in crowding conditions without creasing or becoming weak.

F By drilling a hole in each horizontal rail, then threading a single-piece tube through each rail and welding them solidly in place, maximum durability is achieved. Most other companies use a “Z-Brace” vertical stay which is much weaker and easier to compromise.

F Quadraform™ tubing on the end of the panel coupled with heavy chain connectors maximize versatility and eliminate dangerous leg traps between panels. Set-up is easier on uneven ground and no special connectors are required for multiple panel connections, to connect to other brands of panels or even permanent fencing. Everything you need is a part of the panel! “J-Legs” prevent the panel from sinking in soft soil and makes it easier to slide along the ground when loading or unloading. Panel tops have “fishhook” design which help strengthen the corners and also help prevent leg traps between panels.

Many panels leave dangerous foot traps at gaps between panels, sharp edges where horses can be cut, or risky connections where an animal might hurt itself. Quadraform™ Tubing eliminate gaps between panels and allow our heavy chain connectors to provide more secure, tighter fitting connections. Set-up is easier on uneven ground and no special connectors are required for multiple panel connections or even to connect to other brands of panels or permanent fencing. F Close confinement can increase the risk of injury. For that reason, Priefert goes the extra step for safety; we roll the bottom of the open tubing on every gate of Premier Walk-thru Panels and 6’ X 9’ Bow Gates. One of these two gates is most often used in the confinement of horses in stalls or round pens. If a horse lays down and draws a leg along the bottom of one of these gates there will be no cuts.

F Single-Piece Vertical Stays through Drilled Rails increase safety for man and animal. No external stays can be as safe for the animal and a rider’s degree of safety is greatly enhanced as there is little opportunity for a knee or toe to be hung on a stay if the horse gets too close to the panel.
