    Introduction

    Building Services systems are a fundamental part of I3 construction

    Overall BS system is composed of different BS systems, which produce

    and distribute the technical building services into the spaces where theyare consumed in order to create safe & secure, productive and effectivei.e. high performance space conditions throughout the life cycle ofbuilding.

    The development of compatible subsystems, modules and componentsrequires the availability of the reference architecture for the overall BSsystem.

    In this presentation the preliminary results of I3CON project in thesubject area will be introduced
