I refer to “Boy scores 4As despite missing half of school year” (Sunday Star, Nov 20,2011), Mohd Saiful Kasuraidi scored 4As in the UPSR despite missing half of the school year to take care of not only his ailing mother but his sickly grandmother too.Congratulations! So young and yet so mature and responsible. A truly inspiring story for all Malaysians. I hope he fulfils his ambitions one day. I hope his passion for doing right will burn forever. I’m sure there are other young heroes in the country who undertake heavy responsibilities at a very tender age and yet still manage to do well in school. Harimau Muda displayed teamwork at its best

Congratulations to our Harimau Muda for going that extra mile to clip the wings of the Garuda. This was teamwork at its best and the spirit of not giving up.

Even though there a only a small group of Malaysian supporters at the stadium, the support from back home could be heard for miles around.

Our boys came out glorious despite the hostile environment. The disrespect shown by Indonesians was clearly evident when our Jalur Gemilang was raised and our Negara Ku was played.
