(John and his wife, Helen, were telling fnends that thirty years ago by F ran Jackson to the day, he was discharged from the U.S. Army.) Then the Sing-a- Long with Chris Bermel, president of the Association, the Cannons (John and Marion) joining Mary in "Heart of My Heart,” "Old Mill Stream” and other favorites you know and love. When the door prize of a shampoo and set from "Cut 'n Curl” was won by George Otto, it got chuckles from Norma Bermel, Adeline Graff, Agnes Haas, Jeanne and Frank Grande, and the crowd... because George is a little short on hair.
