percentage rates offered by HBW are very aggressive by industry standards. The compensation structure varies by volume of

production, carrier, and company, and is designed to reward top production regardless of line of business. Partners maintain control of compensation on every advisor in their Partner group. Our ultimate goal is to create long-term growth of residual income and a viable, valuable business for all. Specific details regarding compensation are provided to approved candidates prior to the onboarding process.

and recurring costs vary depending on things like existing licenses, time of year, state of residence, CLM enrollment, potential offi ce expenses, and many other factors. Generally

the cost of becoming involved in this business is minimal compared to other professional businesses. We believe that our Partners and Advisors should be fi nancially responsible people who maintain an excellent example of the principles we espouse.

As insurance agents and securities registered reps, HBW’s founders experienced the negative impact of industry consolidation, captured business model, and limited product breadth and diversity making it diffi cult to delight every customer. After years of fi rst hand experiences, recognizing the evolving regulatory climate, and emerging market consolidation inspired the founders to create HBW.In 1991, HBW was founded with the express purpose of helping agents spend more time focused on delighting clients and less time managing a back offi ce and compensation structure enabling agents to build a large distribution networks or focus on personal production.Over the years while supporting customers, agents, and carriers, HBW kept their eye on the future. While market conditions evolved, new product off erings emerged, regulatory compliance tightened, and market consolidation continued to increase, HBW Securities LLC was established to provide broader back offi ce services, carrier relationships, and compliance support. Expanding government regulatory, licensing, and compliance requirements has transformed the new agent profi le.As customers’ shifted to the desire for a single Advisor relationship for Investment Advisory Services and Insurance products, 2009 saw HBW respond by integrating a full service Securities Advisory Service: HBW Advisory Services LLC. In 2012 HBW codifi ed a new package of services and off erings for the Advisory Network. The HBW Partners Program provides all the historical business development off erings to the Advisor, as well as new sales and product training, and game changing new customer acquisition programs.As the national and global market landscape is changing to customer fee-based services, HBW in 2013 added to its portfolio new fee-based emerging off erings to empower the Advisors to once again move ahead of the market.
