WINTER BLUES

I am requesting all parents and carers to be considerate

of staff and other students in the school by keeping

students with bad coughs and runny noses at home.

The school has many students who are vulnerable to

infections and when peers cough, sneeze or wipe their

snot around the room, others are going to get sick.

Students should remain at home for a few days to get

better.

Our students will be working on being Kind and using

Polite Words ,please encourage them to only say nice

things to others across all environments.

Life Education Van

Due to staffing reasons ,the life Education van will not be

coming this week, we will reschedule.

KEEP SENDING IN THE FATHER’S DAY GIFTS.

lots of social activities! Open to all school leavers and adults with

a disability.

Held at Para Meadows School hall from 7pm-9pm every fortnight

on a Wednesday night $3 to attend. There are drinks and chips to

purchase and we also serve a light supper

Dear Parents/ Carers,

What a wild and windy few weeks!

We had a wonderful time during Education Week, thank

you to all the parents, grandparents and carers that came

along and participated in the events of the day.

I would like to thank the members of the Aboriginal

Education Committee for organising the NAIDOC Week

activities and assembly, and to all staff for engaging and

encouraging student learning throughout the day.

BOOK WEEK– Find Your Treasure

AARGH! Today we have all found our inner pirates and

celebrated BOOK WEEK. Thank you Jenny for allowing us

to celebrate reading and books in a fun way.

Congratulations Primary, you created the perfect Para

Meadows Pirates Cove.

Swimming is always one of our favourite parts of
