Companies functioning in a multinational arena require staff to be able to use English for a range of

purposes, ranging from simple e-mailing and telephoning to conducting negotiations. Paradigm

Levels Paradigm’s EW courses build the ability of employees to Pre-Intermediate use English in a range of situations at work. At lower levels, Intermediate the focus is placed on conversations and simple e-mails. Many individuals need to use English in different situations in their lives. Paradigm’s General English

courses provide clear progression for participants from Basic User (A1) to Proficient User (C2).

Students have goals to achieve for each level and are tested on their progress.

English for Work and Life

Levels If organisations wish to improve the overall standard of Foundation employees’ English, Paradigm offers the highest quality Pre-Intermediate English language tuition for the broader context. Intermediate English for Work and Life is taught across all skill areas Advanced with clear progression through the Common European Framework ‘can do’ criteria. Hrs per level 3 x 40 hrs
