Training both in content and the 2 year time requirement. The currentCycle 6 deadline has been extended from
Dec. 31, 2020 to Dec. 31, 2021.The next cycle (Cycle 7) will begin Jan. 1, 2022 and end Dec. 31, 2024.

Rent/Mortgage AssistanceA new program from SC Housing has been officially launched to provide assistance tohouseholds unable to pay rent or mortgage payments due to the COVID-19 pandemic;
it's called SC STAY.
The application period is now open for the program that may cover up to six months ofrental or mortgage payments, up to $7,500, for eligible applicants.
