BROAD EUROPEAN FOCUS

Accuray specialises in leading edge radiation oncology focusing on developing, manufacturing and selling personalised, innovative treatment solutions – their range includes TomoTherapy Systems. This area of the company has an on-going requirement for skilled Field Service Engineers to maintain and service this specialist equipment throughout Europe. Recruiters with the ability to provide quick response times are crucial to many of Accuray’s recruitment campaigns.Due to expansion, TomoTherapy needed to increase the number of service engineers. Paramount worked in partnership with their European recruitment team to source candidates in the UK, Germany, Spain and Italy within 3 months. TomoTherapy liked the fact that, although based in the UK, our focus is very much across Europe so we were able to assist their recruitment across all countries. In addition they felt the service provided was very efficient and one contact point ensured a partnership style relationship was developed, making the process much easier on both sides. Lastly, compared to other agencies, TomoTherapy considered Paramount’s service to be very quick.
